Rochelle Ballard

At a young age, Rochelle began traveling the world competing as a professional surfer and a massage therapist, discovering her passion and ability to ride the most advanced waves in the world. Rochelle helped lead a revolution in women’s surfing by riding big barrels with style and grace, while competing on the World Tour for 17 years. Stunt double for the main actress Kate Bosworth in Blue Crush, amongst many other accomplishments in her surfing career, finishing Runner Up to the ASP World Title in 2004. She currently is the 2012 ISA World Master's Champion. Rochelle now shares her love for health and wellbeing as a yoga teacher and bodywork facilitator. Studied in a technique called Yogalign – A powerful, pain free structural alignment sequencing that changes old shortened patterns and chronic pain in the body. Using the (HA) deep breathing techniques through the diaphragm and resistance stretching, (PNF) to strengthen the muscles joints and ligaments. Lengthening the fascia lines and activate the Psoas, eliminating stress, toxins, and tension. Restoring and renewing the body, mind, and spirit! Over all creating a dynamic youthful presence.
